When selling a property here are expenses that have to be paid to other parties.  Typically these are as follow:-

1. Copies of the Land Register which generally would cost no more than £10.00

2. If we redeem a mortage by bank transfer, as most Lenders now require the Bank make a charge for this service. The fee for this is £35.25 inclusive of VAT. This fee would also apply you wanted the sale proceeds to be paid directly into a Bank.

 

These expenses are in addition to the legal fees payable to SH&M.
