If the worst comes to the worst and you or a member of your family has been made subject to a custodial penalty then we here at SH&M may still be able to help. Sometimes prisoners are made subject to disciplinary procedures. In addition, prisoners may need to appear before the Parole Board either applying for release toward the end of their sentence or to be re-released following recall to prison by the Home Office.
Our contract under the Legal Aid Scheme allows us to provide help, assistance and representation at the prison should you or a relative of yours have to appear before the Disciplinary or Parole Board. We cover many of the prisons local to Coventry and the surrounding areas.
